I create photography-based art that reflects my eclectic interests; incorporating sculpture, oils, writing, light, and found objects. Many of my pieces employ a variety of elements, including scale, multiple and deconstructed imagery and text incorporated into the images. I spend more time in the hardware store (fluorescent lights, light switches, door locks, metal chains, wood, glass, nails) than at the art supply shop. I’m also continually amazed at the objects I find while riding my 10-speed that eventually find their way into my art.

My most recent exhibit, "The Dreaming", included a collaboration with the Judy Dworin Performance Ensemble for a most unique multi-media event that included photography, dance, spoken word performance and the transcribed dreams of the participants. There was also jazz and rhythm and blues by the Mainstreet band, led by Bob Carabillo.

My work has been shown throughout Connecticut and in New York City, and I’ve won numerous awards at gallery and museum shows. In addition to this gallery, I’m represented by Artworks Gallery in Hartford, CT, and I’m a member of the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts, Artspace in New Haven, The Arts Council of Greater New Haven and Real Art Ways in Hartford.
